Based on the form you have filled out and submitted, we will process the following data: company name, competition photographs, first and last name, content and time of message delivery, IP address, email, and telephone. The primary purpose of processing your personal data is to respond to your inquiry / fulfill your request.
In connection with this, such data may also be used for the potential protection of our rights and the rights of third parties, to monitor the functioning of our computer system and ensure its security, to improve our services including statistical purposes, to maintain accounting, and to fulfill legal obligations arising for us. Legal basis for processing.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is the provision of our services at your request, the legitimate interests of our company and third parties (which are primarily determined by the nature of the service provided, the possibility of disputes between you and the supplier regarding the services provided, and our obligation to demonstrate to paying customers what services we have provided), and compliance with legal requirements (prevention of unlawful activities, compliance with data protection regulations, bookkeeping, and compliance with tax regulations, etc.).
Who will handle this information, to whom will it be disclosed?
The inquiry you send is usually forwarded to the jury of the competition, the owner, or an entity involved in organizing the Office of the Year competition. Therefore, we may provide your personal data to specific third parties. In addition, your personal data may be accessed to a certain extent by (i) operators of our IT systems, (ii) persons who send out emails on our behalf, if we use such services, (iii) operators of our backup servers and data backups, and (iv) possibly our economic, legal, and tax advisors and auditors.

Your rights.
We hereby inform you that you are not obliged to provide us with any data and that their provision is voluntary; however, without providing certain data marked as mandatory, we will not be able to provide our service to you. - request access to the personal data we process about you, meaning the right to obtain from our company, as the controller, confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, if so, the right to access such personal data and additional information listed in Article 15 of the Regulation,
- request correction of the personal data we process about you if they are inaccurate. Considering the purposes of processing, in some cases you also have the right to request completion of incomplete personal data,
- request erasure of personal data in the cases set out in Article 17 of the Regulation,
- request restriction of processing in the cases set out in Article 18 of the Regulation,
- obtain the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit those data to another controller under the conditions and limitations set out in Article 20 of the Regulation, and
- have the right to object to processing under Article 21 of the Regulation on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Processing of requests
If we receive your request as referred to in the previous paragraph, we will inform you of the measures taken without undue delay and, in any event, within one month of receiving the request. This period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. If we do not take the action you request, we are obliged to inform you promptly and no later than one month after receipt of the request of the reasons for not taking action. Please note that in certain cases defined by the Regulation, we are not obliged to comply with your request in whole or in part. This will particularly be the case if your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, especially because it is repetitive. In such cases, we may (i) charge a reasonable fee considering the administrative costs of providing the requested information or communication or of taking the requested action, or (ii) refuse to comply with the request.
If we receive your request but have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you to provide additional information necessary to confirm your identity. Furthermore, please note that if you believe that our company is processing your personal data unlawfully or otherwise violating your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the Office for Personal Data Protection , or the right to seek judicial protection.
