Rules of the competition

1) Offices whose interiors were/will be completed by 31 March 2026 may be entered into the Offices of the Year 2025 competition (10th edition).

2) The applicant shall place the submitted offices into one or more of the nine categories listed below. If an entry is submitted to multiple categories, the final classification will be decided by the expert jury. The expert jury also reserves the right to move submitted offices to additional categories beyond the applicant’s selection.

2.2 Healthy Office of the Year

2.3 Hub & Co-working Office of the Year
2.4 Innovative Office of the Year
2.5 IT Office of the Year
2.6 Small Office of the Year
2.7 Regional Office of the Year
2.8 Start-up Office of the Year
2.9 Large Office of the Year

3) Interiors may be submitted either directly by a representative of the competing company or by the author of the project, but only with the consent of the company concerned.

4) By submitting an application, the applicant confirms that:
a) the owner and the author of the interior agree to the publication of photographs and a description of the interior (in the form of a continuous text), including the possibility of opening a discussion under the article on the organizer’s website and for promotional purposes, in press releases, in an album of submitted and winning projects, and with media partners;
b) the applicant has the right to dispose of the copyrights to the photographs of the submitted interiors;
c) the authors of the photographs will not make any financial claims against the organizer in connection with the publication of the photographs pursuant to the previous paragraph (4a).

5) The organizer does not guarantee that every submitted interior will be published. This depends primarily on the quality of the interior itself, as well as the quality, size, and number of photographs provided.

6) The organizer guarantees that interiors which advance to the finals and the winners will be published on the websites of the main media partner, media partners, and the organizer.

7) The legal entity of the candidate must have been active for at least 3 years, with the exception of the Hub & Co-working Office of the Year category, where the requirement is 12 months.


Required Competition Documentation

The application must include:

1) At least 7 (seven) photographs of the interior in print quality in JPG format, with a minimum size of 148 × 210 mm (A5) at 300 DPI. A larger format and a greater number of photographs increase the chance of publication by media partners.

2) A short description, especially information about:
– the company’s original intent
– the benefits of the innovative/design interior
– the size of the interior
– special circumstances and specifics of the construction or renovation
– innovative solutions or processes
– consideration of environmental impact
(not all of these points must necessarily be addressed)

Technical and Organizational Information

1) Application deadline: 31 March 2026

2) Submitted interiors will be published on the organizer’s website after the application deadline; however, some media partners, including the main media partner, may publish them earlier, clearly stating that the interior is participating in the Offices of the Year 2025 competition and naming the author.

3) The expert jury will select at least three finalists in each of the nine categories listed in point 2. The winners will be announced during the summer months. The jury evaluates office interiors in terms of uniqueness and design, innovation (technological, material, practical), overall atmosphere, and above all the quality of the working environment for employees.

4) The organizer of the competition is Prochazka & Partners s.r.o.

5) The organizer reserves the right to change the rules at any time during the competition or to decide to suspend or completely cancel the competition.


Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By registering for the competition, the participant expresses and voluntarily grants consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data (as amended), by Prochazka & Partners s.r.o., Václavské náměstí 3, 110 00 Prague 1 (hereinafter the “Organizer”), as follows:

a) scope: first name and surname, email address
b) purpose: marketing and business activities of the Organizer, including the distribution of commercial communications relating to its products or services
c) duration: for the necessary period, but no longer than 5 years from the date of registration
d) I acknowledge that this consent to the storage and processing of data, granted in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Act on Certain Information Society Services, is voluntary and that I may withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal must be made in writing to Prochazka & Partners s.r.o.
e) Throughout the entire period of personal data processing, you have access to your data; in case of doubts about accuracy or completeness, you have the right to request an explanation or correction.
